Effipro DUO Spot On is one of the most popular flea and tick treatments offered by Virbac. The topical solution provides long lasting protection from fleas and ticks for cats. Effipro DUO targets not only the adult stages but also the key developmental stages in the flea life cycle. An integrated and easy-to-use solution offers flea and tick control and long-lasting protection of the home environment.

Effipro DUO comes in ‘drop-lock’ pipette which ensures that the solution is released only when the owner is ready and gives them precise, fingertip control throughout application. The monthly treatment is recommended for cats and kittens above 10 weeks of age.

Directions

Remove the pipette from the package.
Hold the pipette upright. Tap the narrow part of the pipette to ensure that the contents are within the main body of the pipette.
Break the snap-off top of the spot-on pipette along the scored line.
Part the coat on the back of neck area until the skin is visible.
Place the tip of the pipette on the skin and squeeze firmly several times to empty the contents evenly at one or two spots.
Ensure the solution is applied to healthy skin only and avoid superficial application to the cat’s hair.

Safety

Wash hands after use.
Keep it out of reach of children and pets.
Store it in a cool and dry place.
Avoid contact with skin and mouth.
In an event of accidental ingestion, seek medical treatment.

Contraindications:

Do not use in rabbits, as adverse reactions and even death could occur.
Do not use on pet that are hypersensitive to the active substances or to any of the excipients.

Warning:

Do not use in kittens below 10 weeks of age.
Do not administer orally.
For external use only.
