Strongid-P Paste for Horses

Strongid-P Paste is a potent wormer highly used to control different stomach and gut worm infections in horses. The broad spectrum antiparasitic is effective against parasitic infection caused by large strongyles, small strongyles, pinworms, ascarids, roundworms and the common tapeworms in horses and foals.

How Strongid-P Paste works on Horses?

Strongid-P paste contains Pyrantel embonate – a strong anthelmintic. It is effective in killing worms by hampering their nerve cells and paralyzing them. It kills various internal worms and prevents infestation.

• Position the locking ring over the graduation mark on the plunger.
• Remove the cap from the nozzle.
• The paste should be deposited on the upper surface of the tongue.
• Put the nozzle end of the oral doser at the corner of the mouth.
• Direct the oral doser backwards and depress the plunger to deposit he paste onto tongue.
• Tilt horse head upwards for few minutes for swallowing.

Contraindications:

• Not for use in horses sensitive to the active ingredient.
