I've used this product for years & have never seen a flea on any of my dogs (since my dogs only go in my backyard, the years before I bought this product, I never saw a tick on my dogs). However, I swear when I first read the info on the box, it stated it also repelled moscquitos, which I didn't see mentioned when I happened to look at what it does today when ordering, but I know several times I've seen them land on my dogs several times & immediately fly off. We get this for our 85 pound lab mix who loves to be in the lake water playing constantly. It also protects him when we go east of the mountains where ticks run wild. Prices are proper.
